Role Description The Digital Marketing Intern role is a full-time, hybrid position based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. The intern will support the planning and execution of digital campaigns across social media platforms, email, and other online channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and scheduling social media posts, assisting with content creation, monitoring campaign performance, and preparing basic reports using web and campaign analytics tools. The intern will help with keyword research, competitor analysis,



and updating marketing dashboards, while collaborating with senior team members on ongoing client projects. The role also involves communicating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives and maintaining accurate documentation of activities. Qualifications
• Demonstrated skills in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing, with the ability to work across major platforms and channels.
• Foundational knowledge of Digital Marketing strategies and campaign execution, including basic familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and paid ads.
• Ability to use Web Analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and support reporting and optimization efforts.
• Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and collaborative teamwork.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Comfort with common digital tools (e.g., social media management platforms, spreadsheets, presentation tools); familiarity with Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite is an advantage.
• Attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior internship or project experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation is preferred but not required.
