Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern will support Skillnara’s growth by assisting with sales outreach, marketing campaigns, and learner engagement activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include interacting with prospective learners, explaining courses and offerings, responding to inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of leads and customer interactions. The intern will help organize trainings and promotional events, coordinate with the sales team, and contribute to marketing content and social media initiatives. This is a full-time, in office role based in Delhi, India,



requiring close collaboration with the sales and training teams to achieve enrollment and engagement goals. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with learners and prospects.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management abilities to support outreach, follow-ups, and conversion of leads.
• Candidates should possess Training-related skills to assist in coordinating and supporting educational sessions and workshops.
• Basic knowledge of marketing principles, including social media and promotional activities, is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Enthusiasm for learning, education, and helping others develop their skills; prior internship or project experience in sales or marketing is a plus.
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
