Role Description As a Junior Architect at Concept Design Build Architects, you will support the design and documentation of architectural projects from concept through execution. This full-time, in office role in Hyderabad involves preparing drawings, sketches, and 3D models, assisting in design development, and contributing to presentations and client reviews. You will coordinate with senior architects and project managers to ensure design intent is maintained, assist in integrating structural and services inputs, and help update project documentation throughout the design and construction phases. Day-to-day responsibilities include revising plans based on feedback, participating in site visits when required,



and collaborating with consultants to support smooth project delivery. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess core Architecture and Architectural Design skills, including conceptual design, space planning, and preparation of detailed drawings.
• Candidates should possess Software Development and Integration-related skills where relevant, such as familiarity with design tools, workflows, and coordination between different digital platforms.
• Candidates should possess Project Management-related skills, including basic scheduling, coordination with stakeholders, and tracking project deliverables.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and Microsoft Office tools is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution and eligibility or progress toward professional registration is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work collaboratively in a studio setting, and effective written and verbal communication skills are essential.
