About Casa de Mello Casa de Mello is a luxury boutique heritage stay in Saligao, North Goa, offering personalized hospitality, beautifully curated guest rooms, a private swimming pool, and charming courtyard spaces. Part of the Ridhira Group, we are looking for a smart, energetic, and hands-on hospitality professional to manage daily property operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. ?

Key Responsibilities
• Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest relations.
• Oversee daily villa operations, housekeeping coordination, maintenance, and property upkeep.
• Handle guest enquiries, special requests, complaints, and service recovery.
• Manage online bookings through Airbnb, Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Agoda, and other OTAs.
• Coordinate sightseeing, airport transfers, restaurant reservations, and special celebrations.
• Support occupancy, upselling, direct bookings, and positive guest reviews.
• Maintain daily reports, billing, inventory, vendor coordination, and operational expenses. ? Who Can Apply?




• Candidates with 2–5 years of experience in hotels, resorts, luxury villas, boutique stays, or serviced apartments.
• Experience as a Villa Manager, Duty Manager, Front Office Executive, Guest Relations Executive, or Guest Experience Executive.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong guest-handling, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with online booking platforms and hotel operations.
