Key Responsibilities

- Estimate material, labour, and component costs for aluminium formwork and climbing platforms.
- Read and analyse structural, architectural, and formwork drawings using AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Prepare progress bills, verify site execution quantities,



and conduct quantity reconciliations.
- Monitor material consumption, cost variances, and wastage against project budgets.
- Assist in preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documentation.
- Coordinate with project/site teams for quantity verification and commercial requirements.

Required Skills

- Robust proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and ERP/Billing software.
- Good knowledge of quantity surveying, estimation, billing, and cost control.
- Understanding of monolithic/aluminium formwork systems (Mivan) and safety/climbing platforms will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
