Technical Recruiter – Microsoft & Infrastructure (Part-Time)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to support part-time hiring for Microsoft technologies, IT Infrastructure, and Cloud Engineering roles. The candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified technical candidates.
- Recruit for Microsoft technologies, including Intune, SCCM/MECM, Azure, M365, Active Directory, Entra ID, Windows, PowerShell, VDI, PKI, and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Identify candidates for roles such as Solution Architects, Technical Leads, Infrastructure Engineers, Cloud Engineers, and System Administrators.
- Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and support offer negotiations.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and build talent pipelines.
- Deliver quality candidate profiles within agreed timelines and hiring targets.

Required Skills

- 3–6 years of technical recruitment experience,



preferably in IT services or consulting.
- Experience recruiting Microsoft, Cloud, and IT Infrastructure professionals.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn sourcing, job portals, and Boolean searches.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and assess candidate suitability.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment requirements.
- Experience hiring for international clients is an advantage.
