The role. Lead a Private Equity Operations team that serves as the daily point of contact
for clients. You will own timely, accurate accounting and reporting for assigned PE funds,
including periodic deliverables, controls, trial balances and client analytics. You will also
set up new clients and keep review standards high across the team. Responsibilities: Serve clients across transaction recording and analysis, reconciliations and reporting
for PE funds
Prepare and run controls on monthly general ledger feeds
Review and resolve differences in daily, monthly and quarterly data reconciliations
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and partner
capital packages, with supporting work papers and disclosures
Calculate management fees, setup fees, compensatory contributions, NAV and IRR,
including waterfall calculations
Integrate current clients onto eFront and work with eFront consultants to generate
reports




Review contribution agreements and application forms to build the investor master
database PE Fund Accounting — Agency Brief & JDs Liaise daily with clients, auditors and internal teams, and respond to client requests
within the agreed TAT
Prepare client MIS and send regular investor and distributor communication
File TDS returns, SEBI reports and Trustee Compliance reports for clients
Plan new client setups and transitions
Give clients technical accounting and industry guidance
Prepare and review financial statements, note disclosures and supporting schedules
Build and maintain robust review procedures around deliverables
Manage a team of 10–15
Skills and qualifications
CA / MBA (Finance) / B.Com / M.Com with 8–15 years in public accounting or private
equity accounting
Familiar with preparing and reviewing capital call and distribution calculations,
management fee calculations, waterfall calculations and financial statements
Advanced MS Excel
Works well under pressure against tight internal and client deadlines
Strong written, listening and presentation skills
Client relationship management
