Summary The Cloud Security organization is seeking a Senior Associate, Cloud Security Operations & Monitoring to support operation, monitoring, onboarding, reporting, and administration activities associated with the enterprise Cloud Native Application Protection Platform (CNAPP) capability across the multi-cloud environment. The role supports cloud visibility, security monitoring, remediation tracking, operational reporting, and cloud governance activities. Responsibilities Support daily operation and monitoring of the enterprise Cloud Native Application Protection Platform (CNAPP). Review, triage, and track cloud security findings generated through monitoring and posture management activities. Perform cloud account onboarding activities across Azure, AWS, GCP, and OCI environments. Support cloud security monitoring configurations, compliance policies, and alert rules. Coordinate remediation efforts with cloud platform teams, application owners, and infrastructure teams. Maintain operational metrics, remediation reports, dashboards, and cloud asset inventories. Assist with ServiceNow workflow management, ownership validation, and ticket routing activities. Support development of runbooks, onboarding procedures, and operational documentation. Participate in investigations, audits, risk assessments, and incident response activities. Collaborate with Cloud Security Engineering teams on process improvements and automation initiatives. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security,



Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience. 3–5 years of cybersecurity experience including cloud security operations, monitoring, governance, or compliance activities. Experience with Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Understanding of cloud identity management, logging, monitoring, networking, and security controls. Experience supporting cloud security monitoring, posture management, vulnerability management, or security operations. Familiarity with NIST, CIS Benchmarks, ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, or similar cybersecurity frameworks. Experience supporting remediation activities, audit requests, compliance reviews, or risk management processes. Strong written, verbal, analytical, and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting CNAPP, CSPM, CWPP, CIEM, or related cloud security capabilities. Experience using ServiceNow or similar IT Service Management platforms. Experience with Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar automation technologies. Experience supporting global cloud environments and multi-cloud security operations. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail. CompTIA Security+ certification. CompTIA Network+ certification. CompTIA Cloud+ certification. CCSK, CCSP, Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500), AWS Security Specialty, Google Qualified Cloud Security Engineer, or CISSP certifications.
