Gurugram Position Summary The Payroll & Reimbursement Executive is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee payroll, reimbursements, and related statutory compliance. The role involves maintaining payroll records, managing employee queries, ensuring compliance with personal income tax requirements, and supporting employee administration with a high degree of accuracy, confidentiality, and diligence roll Reimbursements and employee affairs is a critical position aim.

Key Responsibilities
• Process monthly payroll accurately and within defined timelines.
• Calculate salaries, deductions, leave adjustments, variable pay, and final settlements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, payroll regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Manage employee reimbursements, verify supporting documents,



and process claims in a timely manner.
• Maintain employee records, personnel files, and payroll-related documentation and keep them audit ready.
• Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities related to payroll and perks.
• Prepare payroll reports, reconciliation statements, and management summaries as required.
• Assist employees with payroll, reimbursement, tax, and benefit-related queries.
• Ensure accurate computation and deduction of Personal Income Tax (TDS) and support employees with tax declarations and investment proofs.
