Job Description
We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiting Manager to lead our recruitment team, manage end-to-end US IT staffing operations, and drive placement targets. Responsibilities
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of US IT recruiters.
• Allocate requirements and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for contract, C2C, W2, and direct-hire positions.
• Source and recruit candidates across Java, .
NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, AI/ML, SAP, and other IT technologies.
• Monitor submissions, interviews, placements, and recruiter productivity.




• Coordinate with account managers, clients, and vendors to fulfill requirements.
• Prepare recruitment reports and improve team performance. Qualifications
• 10+ years of US IT staffing experience, with at least 5 years in a team-leading or managerial role. Required Skills
• Solid knowledge of US staffing processes, sourcing tools, and recruitment metrics.
• Proven experience managing recruiters and achieving placement targets.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work during US business hours.
