This role is responsible for managing quantity surveying activities, preparing cost estimates, and ensuring accurate billing for interior design projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing the billing process, coordinating invoicing, monitoring project budgets, and reconciling costs with work progress. The QS and Billing Manager will collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and finance teams to maintain transparent financial records, optimize revenue cycles, and support timely client communications regarding billing and payments.



The role also involves implementing and improving billing systems, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and client agreements. Qualifications
• Strong understanding of Billing Process and Invoicing, with the ability to manage client billing cycles efficiently.
• Experience working with Billing Systems and related tools to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely documentation.
• Analytical Skills to review costs, identify variances, and support data-driven financial decisions.
• Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management within project-based or service-focused environments.
• Background in quantity surveying, cost estimation, or project finance, preferably in interior design, construction, or related industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial or project management software.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with design, project management, and finance teams.
