DSU (Dayananda Sagar University) Job Summary The LMS Executive will be responsible for managing and supporting the university’s Learning Management System (LMS) for online education programs. The role involves course setup, content management, user support, and ensuring seamless delivery of digital learning experiences for students and faculty.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day operations of the LMS (course creation, enrolment, access management).
• Upload and organize course content including videos, assignments, assessments, and learning materials.
• Provide technical support to faculty and students for LMS-related issues.
• Monitor course progress, learner engagement, and generate reports.
• Coordinate with instructional designers and faculty to ensure quality online course delivery.
• Conduct LMS training sessions for faculty and staff.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and liaise with IT/vendor teams for resolution.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and adherence to academic processes.
• Support online exams,
quizzes, and evaluations through LMS platforms. Required Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education/IT preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in LMS management (Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas, etc.).
• Basic understanding of e-learning tools and instructional technologies.
• Robust technical troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Preferred Skills
• Experience in online education or EdTech industry.
• Familiarity with SCORM, content authoring tools, or multimedia handling.
• Basic knowledge of data analytics or LMS reporting dashboards. Key Competencies
