We're hiring a Front Office Manager. And we're looking for someone who wants to do more than just run a front desk. ? At Palma Beach Resort, Ashwem, Goa, we've built something we're incredibly proud of. A beautiful 22 room boutique resort right on the beach, with a 9.4 rating on Booking.com, 4.9 on Google, and a place in Condé Nast Traveller's Black Book 2026. But what we're most proud of is the experience our guests take home. The thoughtful little touches, the personal attention, and a team that genuinely cares. We're now looking for a Front Office Manager who can help us take that experience even further. Someone who:
• Loves hospitality and genuinely enjoys making guests happy.
• Can lead a team, take charge, and solve problems without always needing instructions.
• Has strong communication skills and a warm, confident personality.
• Pays attention to the little details that make a stay memorable.
• Has experience in hotel front office operations and is ready to take on more responsibility
• Is well versed with PMS softwares, and reservations Why Palma? We're a small, independent resort with big ambitions. You'll work closely with the owners, have the freedom to bring your ideas to life, and play a real role in shaping how guests experience Palma.
