Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor cargo stuffing and de-stuffing activities. Prepare and submit TSA (Transport Security Administration) documents as required. Handle vendor invoice accounting and ensure timely processing of invoices. Provide regular shipment status updates to customers and overseas agents. Coordinate with CFS teams, transporters, vendors, customers, and agents to ensure smooth cargo movement.



Follow up on shipment operations and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. Maintain accurate operational records and documentation. Candidate

Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations. Knowledge of cargo stuffing and de-stuffing activities. Experience in documentation, vendor invoice processing, and shipment tracking. Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
