Purpose of the Role The Talent Acquisition Administrator provides administrative and coordination support to the recruitment team, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process from requisition creation through onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Manage candidate records and job postings within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Support offer preparation, background checks, and onboarding activities.
• Track recruitment activities and maintain accurate hiring reports.
• Serve as a point of contact for candidate and hiring manager inquiries.
• Coordinate with agencies and external recruitment vendors as needed.




• Ensure recruitment documentation is accurate, organized, and compliant with company policies.
• Support with reports and tasks within the department as needed Knowledge, Skills + Experience
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of administrative, recruitment, HR, or coordination experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR/ATS systems.
• Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
