- Moti Nagar Outlet , will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring an engaging and supportive experience for customers and their pets. This full-time, on-site role in New Delhi includes managing staff schedules, supervising sales activities, maintaining store cleanliness and product displays, and monitoring inventory levels. The role involves driving sales performance, implementing store policies, and ensuring adherence to retail loss prevention practices. The Retail Store Manager also handles customer inquiries and escalations, trains team members on product knowledge and service standards, and collaborates with leadership on promotions, merchandising,



and local marketing initiatives. Qualifications
• Customer-focused skills including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a positive in-store experience.
• Strong Communication abilities to engage with customers, guide team members, and coordinate with management.
• Store Management and retail operations experience to oversee daily activities, staff performance, and merchandising.
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to safeguard inventory and uphold compliance with company policies.
• Experience in retail, preferably in petcare or lifestyle brands, with proven ability to meet sales targets.
• Capability to lead, coach, and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working on-site in Current Delhi, with flexibility for weekend and holiday shifts.
• Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and inventory management tools; familiarity with retail analytics is an advantage.
• Relevant education in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred but equivalent experience will be considered.
• Genuine interest in pets and petcare, with willingness to learn about Petworx products and services.
