Role Description The Imperia Relationship Manager (Imperia RM) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Imperia RM is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth customers, providing personalized banking, investment, and lending solutions aligned with their financial goals. This role involves regular customer meetings, proactive relationship building, cross-selling relevant bank products, and ensuring timely resolution of service requests. The Imperia RM monitors account activity,



identifies opportunities to deepen wallet share, and coordinates with internal teams to deliver seamless service and timely transactions. The position also requires adherence to regulatory guidelines, internal controls, and compliance standards while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and portfolio profitability. Qualifications
• Strong relationship management, customer service, and stakeholder engagement skills suited to serving high-net-worth clients.
• Sound knowledge of retail banking products, lending solutions, investment and wealth management offerings, and cross-selling practices.
• Ability to analyze customer portfolios, assess financial needs, and provide suitable recommendations while managing risk.
• Proficiency in using core banking systems, CRM tools, and digital channels for account servicing, reporting, and documentation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, business, or a related field; relevant certifications in wealth management or financial planning are an advantage.
• Prior experience in relationship management or priority/affluent banking will be highly beneficial.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, meet business targets, and comply with regulatory and bank policies consistently.
