Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role involves identifying and qualifying leads, conducting sales presentations, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle for LMD’s software and consulting solutions. The specialist will support marketing initiatives by assisting with campaign execution, coordinating events or webinars, and contributing to content and collateral that highlight LMD’s services. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining strong customer relationships, responding to inquiries,



providing product and service information, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. The role also includes tracking sales performance, preparing reports, collaborating with technical and marketing teams, and participating in training activities to stay current on offerings and market trends. Qualifications
• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and effective presentation abilities.
• Customer Service skills, with a focus on relationship building, responsiveness, and problem resolution.
• Sales skills, including lead generation and managing the full sales cycle.
• Experience in Training and Sales Management, such as guiding team members, sharing best practices, and supporting sales process improvement.
