About the role
We're looking for someone who lives and breathes short-form video. About 70% of your time goes to concepting, shooting and editing scroll-stopping reels for our clients. The remaining ~30% supports our growth team on ads, SEO, Google Business Profile, social posting and reporting. Primary responsibilities (~70%): Reels & video editing
• Concept short-form reels for restaurants, salons and B2B brands: hooks, scripts, shot lists and trend adaptations
• Shoot on a phone (or light kit) on
location:
food, services, team, behind-the-scenes, product and factory footage
• Edit in CapCut, Premiere Pro and After Effects: trendy kinetic text, VFX, transitions, speed ramps, beat/sound sync, colour grading, captions
• Nail the first 1–3 seconds: strong hooks and pacing tuned for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn
• Deliver multiple finished videos every week (typically 5–8 reels/week across clients) plus cutdowns and ad variations
• Turn client feedback around rapid and keep each brand's style consistent (fonts, colours, logos/watermarks)
• Track what performs (views, retention, saves, shares)
and feed it into the next batch Secondary responsibilities (~30%): Growth support
• Support Google and Meta ad campaigns with creatives, ad variations and basic setup/QA
• Help with SEO and Google Business Profile updates (posts, photos, descriptions)
• Schedule and publish posts across client social accounts
• Pull simple weekly/monthly performance reports Requirements
• Portfolio required: links to reels/short videos you shot and/or edited (show before/after if you can)
• 1+ year creating short-form video content (agency or brand experience a plus)
• Strong in CapCut and Premiere Pro; After Effects for motion text/VFX
• Great eye for trends, music, pacing and typography
• Comfortable shooting on location and directing non-actors (owners, staff)
• Reliable with deadlines and handling several clients at once
• Bonus: Meta/Google Ads, Canva/Figma, basic SEO/GBP, Hindi/English
