Pune, Maharashtra Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Project Manager to manage end-to-end Salesforce projects. The candidate will work closely with business teams, developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong Salesforce technical knowledge, project management experience, and exposure to the Telecom domain.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage Salesforce projects from planning to implementation and post-production support.
• Coordinate with developers, architects, business analysts, QA teams, and other stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines, resources, risks, and deliverables.
• Understand business requirements and convert them into technical requirements and user stories.
• Oversee Salesforce integrations, data migration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Manage sprint planning, daily scrum meetings, and project progress using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Coordinate UAT, resolve project issues, and ensure smooth production releases.
• Work with DevOps tools such as Jira, Confluence, Git, Copado, or Azure DevOps.




• Communicate project updates, risks, and solutions to senior management. Required Skills and Experience
• 10+ years of experience in IT or software engineering.
• 3–5+ years of experience managing Salesforce projects and implementations.
• Experience in the Telecom domain is required, preferably with large telecom companies.
• Good knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Revenue Cloud.
• Understanding of Salesforce architecture, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), security, and permissions.
• Experience managing system integrations and data migration projects.
• Robust knowledge of Agile, Scrum, UAT, release management, and project delivery.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications
• Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform Developer, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or CPQ.
• PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, or SAFe certification.
