Role Description The Caller / International Lead Generation Executive is a full time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role focuses on generating qualified international leads by making outbound calls, following up on inquiries, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or lead management tools. The professional in this role will research prospective clients, identify decision-makers, and present the company’s design and technology services in a clear, persuasive manner. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing call schedules, meeting lead-generation targets, coordinating with the sales and marketing teams, and providing regular updates on pipeline status. The role also involves nurturing relationships with potential clients and ensuring a professional, service-oriented communication style at all times. Skills:
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken and written)
• Experience in Cold Calling, Lead Generation, and Customer Interaction
• Confident in speaking with international clients and decision-makers
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools will be an added advantage
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills
• Must have own laptop/computer with a reliable internet connection ?

Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients across USA, UK, Middle East, and India
• Generate qualified leads for Architecture, Interior Design, BIM, and LiDAR Scanning services
• Schedule meetings and appointments for the Sales Team
• Maintain accurate lead data, call logs, and follow-up records in the CRM
• Coordinate closely with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure smooth client handovers
• Understand client requirements and effectively communicate Enigma Design's service offerings
• Meet weekly and monthly lead generation targets ⭐ Preferred Candidates:
• Experience in International B2B Calling or Sales will be an added advantage
• Candidates from Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or BIM service backgrounds preferred but not mandatory
