Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Voice AI Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in software development, conversational AI, and speech technologies. The candidate will develop and integrate AI-powered voice assistants using Large Language Models (LLMs), Speech-to-Text (STT), and Text-to-Speech (TTS) technologies to deliver natural, real-time conversational experiences.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain AI-powered voice assistants and conversational applications.
• Integrate Speech-to-Text (STT) and Text-to-Speech (TTS) services into voice AI solutions.
• Integrate LLMs to enable intelligent, context-aware voice conversations.
• Build real-time voice processing workflows with low latency and responsive interactions.
• Develop APIs and integrate voice AI applications with databases and external systems.
• Work with streaming audio, WebSockets, and asynchronous programming.
• Implement prompt engineering and conversation context management.
• Test, debug, and optimize voice AI applications for accuracy, performance, and reliability.
• Collaborate with AI engineers and software development teams to deliver production-ready solutions.
• Assist in deploying and monitoring applications on cloud platforms. Required Skills




• 2–3 years of experience in software development, AI engineering, or conversational AI.
• Proficiency in Python and/or Node.js.
• Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs and Generative AI applications.
• Knowledge of Speech-to-Text (STT), Text-to-Speech (TTS), and voice processing.
• Experience with REST APIs, WebSockets, and real-time application development.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and conversational AI workflows.
• Knowledge of Git, debugging, and software development best practices.
• Basic experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud. Valuable to Have
• Experience with Azure AI Speech, OpenAI Realtime API, Google Speech APIs, or similar services.
• Familiarity with voice AI frameworks such as LiveKit Agents, Vapi, or Pipecat.
• Knowledge of WebRTC, SIP, VoIP, or telephony integrations.
• Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and vector databases.
