We are looking for a dynamic, motivated Sales & Marketing Executive with a solid interest in IT sales, software solutions, technology services, and digital marketing. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, demonstrating technology solutions, creating engaging marketing content and videos, and supporting lead generation activities to drive business growth. Freshers with the required technical background and genuine interest in sales and marketing are welcome to apply. Relevant experience is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Sales
• Identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, market research, and strategic partnerships.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue targets.
• Present and demonstrate IT solutions, software products, cloud services, cybersecurity solutions, and digital transformation services.
• Conduct live and recorded product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and support deal closures.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports for management. Marketing
• Create product demo videos, tutorials, explainer videos, and screen recordings.
• Develop short product clips, feature highlights, quick tips, and use-case teasers for social media, email campaigns, and outreach.
• Create marketing content, including blog posts, case studies, brochures, presentations, one-pagers, email copy, and LinkedIn posts.




• Support lead generation and demand generation through email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, webinars, and events.
• Track campaign performance and collaborate on marketing positioning, messaging, and sales collateral.
• Gather customer testimonials and success stories for marketing materials.
• Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities. Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• An MBA is an added advantage.
• Good spoken and written English communication.
• Understanding of IT services, emerging technologies, and market trends.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Confidence in delivering product demonstrations and presentations, both online and in person.
• Interest in digital marketing and content creation.
• Ability to build professional relationships with key decision-makers.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities as required. Additional Skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools
• MS Office and other digital tools.
• Market research, content creation, and copywriting.
• Video creation and basic video editing, including screen recordings and short demo videos.
• Product demonstration and presentation skills.
• Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing, including LinkedIn, email campaigns, and SEO.
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or similar design and editing tools. Work Details
