Role: Evidian EAM Engineer / Enterprise SSO Engineer Function: Identity & Access Management (IAM) Environment: Enterprise IT & OT Role Type: Technical Engineering Role Purpose Responsible for installing, configuring, integrating, and supporting Evidian Enterprise Access Management (EAM) and Enterprise Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions across enterprise and production environments. The role works closely with IAM, Active Directory, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Application, and Validation teams to ensure secure authentication and access management.

Key Responsibilities
• Install and configure Evidian EAM Controllers, Directories, and related infrastructure.
• Configure and maintain EAM policies for user access, authentication, password management, and application visibility.
• Develop and support SSO Studio configurations for web, desktop, legacy, and production applications.
• Integrate Evidian EAM with Active Directory, AD LDS, and LDAP directories.
• Configure authentication methods such as Smart Cards, RFID, and Wearable Devices.
• Implement SAML 2.0, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, and credential-based application integrations.
• Support shared workstation environments, delegated access, and shared accounts.
• Monitor platform health, audit logs, authentication services, and directory connectivity.
• Provide L2/L3 production support and incident resolution.
• Support Disaster Recovery, High Availability, replication, and multi-site deployments.
• Create technical documentation, runbooks, onboarding guides, test evidence, and operational handover documents.
