About the Organisation Wealth Studiio Jajooji.com serves individuals, families and business owners with investment and protection solutions. These include mutual funds, insurance, bonds, SIF, PMS, AIF and related wealth services. About Role This is a field-based role focused on building client relationships, understanding financial needs and growing business. You will meet clients, manage their portfolios and develop new opportunities through referrals and networking.

Key Responsibilities
· Build relationships with new and existing clients; understand their goals, preferences and risk profiles.
· Hold portfolio reviews and present suitable investment and protection solutions.
· Help clients with onboarding, KYC, transactions and service requests; coordinate with operations to resolve issues.
· Generate new business through referrals, networking and client meetings.
· Maintain accurate client records and follow company processes. What Success Looks Like
· Clients receive timely, reliable service and continue their relationship with the firm.
· New clients and business grow while recommendations remain suited to client needs.
· Client records, transactions and follow-ups are accurate and up to date. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)




· Number of clients acquired and retained.
· Net SIP sales and net equity sales.
· Renewal ratio and net fresh insurance premium.
· Referrals generated, client meetings completed and service issues resolved on time. Candidate Requirements
· Graduate in finance, commerce, economics, business or a related field; or 1–3 years of relevant experience.
· Working knowledge of investment and insurance products; NISM or insurance certification is an advantage.
· Positive communication and relationship skills; comfortable speaking with affluent and HNI clients.
· Target-focused, client-first and comfortable with Excel, presentations and CRM tools. Compensation Fixed salary will be discussed based on experience and suitability. A performance-linked variable component may reach ₹25,000 per month or more for a starter, subject to performance and the applicable incentive structure.
