Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 10+ years of progressive experience in software quality engineering, software testing, or software delivery
• 3+ years of formal people-management experience or significant responsibility leading and developing a Quality Engineering or software-testing team
• Demonstrated experience leading distributed or global teams, including employees, contractors, or delivery partners based in different locations
• Strong knowledge of Agile Product delivery, whole-team quality, risk-based testing, exploratory testing, testability, and continuous Quality Engineering
• Practical experience with CI/CD, layered test automation, API and integration testing, regression, test data, test environments, and defect management




• Experience managing functional and automated testing across enterprise applications, APIs, integrations, cloud or web technologies, and at least one major enterprise platform such as ERP, Salesforce, data platforms, or intelligent automation
• Experience using Azure DevOps or a comparable application-lifecycle platform for work, test, defect, evidence, and reporting management
• Ability to evaluate automation value, maintainability, diagnostic quality, feedback speed, signal reliability, and risk protection rather than relying only on automation volume
• Demonstrated experience coaching employees, setting goals, managing performance, resolving conflict, developing talent, and creating succession depth
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills, including the ability to identify process, architecture, environment, data, tooling, and ownership conditions that affect quality
• Ability to explain technical quality risks, evidence, options, and trade-offs clearly to engineering, business, and senior leadership audiences
• Ability to lead multiple team priorities without becoming the execution bottleneck or the sole owner of testing decisions
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across cultures, functions, and time zones
• A demonstrated commitment to Product quality, engineering discipline, continuous improvement, inclusion, and professional development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

and project-management skills appropriate to lead multiple initiatives Preferred:
• Experience with Tricentis Tosca, DEX, TDS, LiveCompare, NeoLoad, API automation, or equivalent enterprise and code-first testing technologies
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, event-driven integrations, data products, cloud-native applications, or SaaS platforms
• Experience establishing or improving automation frameworks, regression services, and CI/CD quality policies across multiple Product teams
• Experience with performance, scalability, resilience, accessibility, security, data-quality, or production-validation practices
• Experience managing blended employee and contractor teams and partnering with external service providers
• Experience working within a Product Family, platform, or enterprise Quality Engineering operating model
• Relevant professional certification in software testing, Agile, DevOps, cloud, or engineering leadership; certification is beneficial but not a substitute for demonstrated capability Nice to have:
• Experience with AI-assisted testing, AI-enabled Product evaluation, model or prompt evaluation, or agentic-workflow quality controls
• Experience with observability, synthetic monitoring, feature flags, progressive delivery, release-health analysis, incident learning, rollback, or recovery validation
• Technical understanding of APIs, web services, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, containers, infrastructure as code, and data integration
• Experience enabling Product teams to increase quality ownership and reduce dependence on late test handoffs
• Experience contributing to enterprise testing standards, service catalogs, communities of practice, or capability-maturity programs
• ITIL certifications are a plus
