Role Description The Recruiter is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru, responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition for Le Château’s hospitality and management teams. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing candidates through various channels, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions with internal stakeholders. The Recruiter manages job postings, maintains candidate pipelines, and ensures a positive and professional experience for applicants throughout the recruitment process. The role also involves partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, supporting onboarding activities,



and maintaining accurate recruitment documentation and reports. Qualifications
• Demonstrated skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing for a variety of roles.
• Experience coordinating recruitment processes, including job postings, scheduling, and offer management.
• Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and external partners, with effective stakeholder communication.
• Proficiency using applicant tracking systems, job boards, and professional networking platforms.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple open roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
• Previous experience in hospitality, facility management, or service-oriented industries is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
