We’re hiring: Sales Manager for Iran, Iraq and Saudi Arabia (in-country hire) Sarveshwar Foods Limited is expanding its footprint in the Middle East and looking for sales leaders on the ground in three markets.

- Sales Manager, International Business / Export Sales Reporting to: Head – International Business / GM Exports (India) Openings: Iran, Iraq and Saudi Arabia, with one hire per country
Location:
based locally in the country you apply for What you’ll do :

• Own monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets in your country, growing volume and value across modern trade, general trade and HORECA
• Manage and strengthen relationships with our importers and distributors, and identify new distributors and key accounts
• Build our brand through regular market visits, retail audits and trade checks, and represent us at trade fairs and buyer meets
• Support import permits, product registration, and compliance with local food safety, labelling and Halal requirements
• Coordinate shipments and documentation with our India-based export team
• Track competitor pricing and promotions, and report sales, sell-through and collections to the India office Who we’re looking for :

• A local national or long-term resident of Iran, Iraq or Saudi Arabia with valid right to work
• 5–10 years of sales experience in FMCG, rice, or food/agri-commodity import and distribution in the local market
• A strong network of importers, distributors, retailers and trade bodies
• Graduate or MBA, with Sales & Marketing preferred
• Fluency in Farsi (Iran) or Arabic (Iraq and Saudi Arabia), plus working English
• A proven record of meeting targets and managing distributors, with strong negotiation and relationship skills
• Self-motivation, willingness to travel extensively within the country, and comfort working independently with remote coordination to India
