We are looking for a dynamic, ambitious, and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth for our staffing and recruitment company. The ideal candidate will have excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills, a passion for building strong client relationships, and a genuine flair for travelling and exploring new business opportunities. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys meeting people, networking, travelling to different locations, and converting opportunities into long-term business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, develop, and acquire new clients for staffing, recruitment, and talent acquisition services.

- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, client visits, and market research.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, HR heads, talent acquisition teams, and business leaders.

- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to understand hiring requirements and propose suitable recruitment solutions.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the client base.

- Travel to different cities and client locations to explore new markets, attend meetings, and build business relationships.

- Prepare proposals, quotations, service agreements, and commercial presentations.

- Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfilment of client requirements.

- Track sales pipelines, maintain client databases, prepare reports, and monitor business development performance.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging staffing and recruitment opportunities.

- Ensure client satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and identify opportunities to expand existing accounts.

- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting is an advantage.

Requirements

Preferred Experience

- Experience of 5+ years in business development, B2B sales, staffing, recruitment, HR consulting, or manpower solutions or any industry.

- An existing professional network or experience handling corporate clients is an added advantage.

- Freshers with exceptional communication skills, confidence, a passion for sales, and willingness to travel may also be considered.

- Knowing multiple languages would be a plus .
