Summary
We are seeking a skilled developer to design, build, and maintain robust business applications within the Zoho ecosystem, leveraging Zoho Creator and Deluge scripting. This role is pivotal in optimizing our operational workflows by configuring and enhancing a suite of Zoho products, including CRM, Books, Analytics, and Desk. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and technical execution, ensuring seamless data flow and automation across our digital landscape.

Responsibilities

- Customize and upgrade various Zoho applications such as CRM, Creator, Books, Analytics, and Desk to meet evolving business needs.

- Construct custom forms, analytical reports, interactive dashboards, automated workflows, and approval chains using Zoho Creator and Deluge.

- Engineer APIs, configure webhooks, and establish integrations with external platforms like Dynamics, Microsoft 365, and other third-party services.

- Architect scalable data models while implementing strict validation rules, role-based access controls, and record-sharing protocols.

- Manage data lifecycle activities including import processes, system migration, data reconciliation,



and ongoing quality assurance checks.

- Draft technical specifications, develop comprehensive test scenarios, maintain deployment logs, and create user-facing documentation.

- Troubleshoot live production incidents, provide user training, and collaborate with the Senior Dynamics Lead on architectural strategies.

Requirements Requirements:

- Possess 3 to 6 years of practical experience developing and supporting applications within the Zoho platform.

- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Zoho Creator development and Deluge scripting.

- Show a track record of successfully managing integrations, generating complex reports, executing data migrations, and configuring access permissions.

- Provide a portfolio or examples of previously deployed production applications and automated workflow solutions.

- Hold a relevant bachelor's degree alongside solid analytical problem-solving abilities and technical documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Familiarity with Java Script, HTML, SQL, and cloud functions.

- Valid Zoho certifications.
