Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Officer – Modern Trade to drive sales growth through modern trade channels. The role involves managing key retail accounts, strengthening distributor relationships, ensuring product visibility, and achieving sales targets within the FMCG/F&B;/Coffee industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales growth across Modern Trade channels.

- Manage relationships with key retail accounts and store chains.

- Ensure product availability, visibility, merchandising, and shelf placement.

- Coordinate with distributors to ensure smooth stock flow and order fulfillment.

- Plan and execute promotional activities and in-store campaigns.

- Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.





- Maintain strong relationships with retail partners and stakeholders.

- Ensure timely reporting and market feedback to management.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).

- 4–7 years of relevant experience in Contemporary Trade Sales.

- Experience in FMCG, F&B;, Beverage, or Coffee industry is mandatory.

- Strong understanding of Modern Trade operations and distribution networks.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and account management skills.
