Key Responsibilities

AI Development

Design develop and maintain scalable AI agents using AI Foundry Fabriq IQ and Microsoft Copilot

Full Stack Development

Design develop and maintain scalable applications using NET C APIs backend services and React modern frontend frameworks

Build responsive highperformance user interfaces and robust backend services

Ensure code quality performance optimization and adherence to enterprise architecture standards

AIDriven SDLC Enablement

Use AI tools such as Git Hub Copilot and Claude Code to accelerate development including code generation debugging and documentation

Integrate AI across SDLC phasesrequirements design coding testing and deployment

Apply structured AI SDLC frameworks such as BMAD or similar approaches to optimize development workflows

Contribute to evolving best practices for AIassisted engineering

Framework Collaboration Innovation

Work alongside the internal AI team to refine validate and pressuretest existing AI development frameworks

Help define and shape the organizations AIdriven development approach in real time

Participate in pilot programs experimentation and continuous improvement initiatives

Solution Design Business Alignment

Translate business requirements into scalable secure and maintainable technical solutions

Collaborate with product owners architects and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity





Provide input on system design architecture and technical tradeoffs

Agile Delivery

Support iterative delivery quick prototyping and continuous alignment with stakeholders

Participate in Agile ceremonies and crossfunctional collaboration

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent experience

5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer

1 year of experience with agentic development

Strong proficiency in

oMicrosoft AI technologies AI Foundry Fabric and Copilot

oAzure services

oNET C ASPNET Core

oReact Java Script Type Script

Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices architectures

Handson experience with AIassisted development tools such as Git Hub Copilot Claude Code or similar tools

Strong understanding of modern SDLC practices Agile Dev Ops CICD

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with AI SDLC frameworks eg BMAD or equivalent

Exposure to promptdriven development and automated code generation workflows

Experience contributing to enterprisescale framework or platform development

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS and modern Dev Ops pipelines
