Summary
This role involves assisting a Senior Dynamics Lead in managing the full lifecycle of Microsoft Dynamics 365, including setup, integration, testing, and live operations. The position is critical for ensuring the system functions smoothly to support business objectives through effective configuration and user support.

Responsibilities

- Collect business needs to develop user stories, process maps, and functional design documents.

- Customize system modules, automated workflows, user forms, parameters, and business logic rules.

- Facilitate system improvements, including the implementation of APIs, data interfaces, and integration points.

- Help manage data lifecycles by performing extraction, cleaning, migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.

- Conduct comprehensive testing phases, including unit, system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.

- Analyze and troubleshoot system incidents, fix identified defects, and record root cause analyses.

- Assist with user access management,



segregation of duties audits, staff training, and the creation of reports and automations using the Power Platform.

Requirements Requirements:

- Possess 3 to 6 years of practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics, with a strong preference for D365 Finance and Operations.

- Demonstrate prior work with finance or operational modules, specifically in configuration, data governance, testing, and ongoing support.

- Show a solid grasp of accounting principles, approval hierarchies, reconciliation methods, and audit trail maintenance.

- Exhibit solid capabilities in analytical thinking, verbal and written communication, and technical documentation.

Preferred qualifications include proficiency in APIs, SQL, the Power Platform, and Power BI, along with a relevant bachelor's degree and active Microsoft certification.
