About the Role
Emversity is looking for a results-driven Corporate Partnerships & Placements Head to build and lead our employer partnership function for our Core Engineering programs. We are looking for someone with a strong existing corporate network across companies that hire core engineering talent, who can leverage these relationships to build an employer ecosystem and drive placements.

Market Intelligence & Industry Connect Desired Candidate Profile ● 5–10 years of experience in corporate partnerships, enterprise business development, placements,



talent acquisition partnerships. ● A solid, demonstrable network of corporate HR leaders, talent acquisition heads, hiring managers, and enterprise decision-makers. ● Existing relationships with companies that regularly hire core engineering talent. ● Proven track record of closing B2B partnerships and converting relationships into actual hiring opportunities. ● Experience in sectors such as Data Centers, power and electrical infrastructure, electronics, manufacturing, industrial automation, facilities management, EPC, or allied engineering industries. ● Strong enterprise sales, negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
