UK International London Beauty School (UKIBS) is hiring an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to manage Meritto CRM, WhatsApp automation, lead management, and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and optimize Meritto CRM accounts used by different team members.
• Handle lead distribution, tracking, reassignment, and follow-up management.
• Create and manage WhatsApp automation flows, automated messages, and bulk campaigns.
• Monitor lead quality, lead-to-admission conversions, and identify lead leakage.
• Analyze CRM data, maintain accurate records, and prepare regular performance reports.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns when required.
• Coordinate with counsellors and marketing teams to improve lead conversion and admissions.
• Manage CRM platforms, including Meritto and EduMarshal.
• Provide backup support for digital marketing activities when the existing team member is absent.



Requirements
• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing and CRM management.
• Strong hands-on expertise in CRM is mandatory.
• Practical experience in WhatsApp automation, flow creation, and bulk messaging.
• Positive understanding of lead management, distribution, follow-ups, and reporting.
• Working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and performance marketing.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and team coordination skills.
• Ability to independently manage CRM operations and support marketing activities when needed.

Working Hours
9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
