About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and people-oriented HR Executive with 5 years of relevant experience to manage recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and HR compliance. Candidates with experience in the manufacturing industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, documentation, and induction.
• Handle attendance, leave management, employee records, and HR operations.
• Support payroll processing, compensation, and perks administration.
• Manage performance appraisals and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies.
• Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and exit formalities.
• Maintain HR reports, MIS, and personnel documentation.
• Support training, learning, and development initiatives.
• Promote a positive, professional, and productive workplace culture.





Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in manufacturing or a related industry.
• Good knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, payroll coordination, and labour law compliance.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools.
