Job Description
• Target candidates with 3-7 years of Application/Production Support, DataStage, Unix, SQL experience supporting enterprise or financial applications.
• Candidates should have hands-on experience in incident management, production issue resolution, batch monitoring, and stakeholder communication. Solid ownership, problem-solving ability, and the confidence to work directly with business and technical teams are key.
• Exposure to release/change management, ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, and SQL is preferred, while IBM DataStage and finance domain experience will be added advantages.
• The ideal candidate should be comfortable supporting critical applications during UK business hours, including periodic weekend and month-end support. Must Have

Skills:
• DataStage, Unix, SQL (Strong Expertise required).
• Application/Production Support Incident & Problem Management Experience.
• Strong Stakeholder Management & Communication Skills. Note: Rotational shift (excluding night shift)
