Job Description
We are looking for a confident and motivated Sales Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential customers, and promoting computer hardware and IT products.

Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales leads.
• Promote computer hardware, laptops, desktops, accessories, and IT products.
• Handle customer inquiries and explain product features and pricing.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain customer relationships.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with the sales team.
• Maintain daily call records and sales reports.




• Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements:
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and IT products.
• Sales-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
