Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and triage security alerts across SIEM, SOAR, XDR, firewall, cloud, identity, and email security platforms.
• Investigate phishing emails, suspicious URLs, malicious attachments, impersonation attempts, and Business Email Compromise (BEC) indicators.
• Perform initial incident analysis and escalate incidents appropriately.
• Assist in investigating malware, unauthorized access, and other security incidents.
• Maintain incident tickets, investigation reports, and SOC documentation.
• Participate in threat hunting and security monitoring activities.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams on incident response and vulnerability remediation. ?
