Role Description The Automation Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automation systems for bioenergy, waste-to-energy, feed, and food processing plants. Day-to-day tasks include configuring PLCs and control systems, integrating sensors and field devices, programming and optimizing process control logic, and ensuring reliable operation of automated equipment. The role involves diagnosing and resolving automation-related issues, supporting commissioning and start-up activities,



and collaborating with mechanical, electrical, and process engineering teams to improve efficiency and safety. The engineer will prepare technical documentation, support preventive maintenance plans, and provide on-site support during project execution and customer training. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ranpur, Kota. Qualifications
• Strong Automation and Process Control skills, including experience with PLCs, SCADA, HMIs, and industrial control systems.
• Solid Electrical Engineering background with knowledge of power distribution, motor control, panels, and instrumentation wiring.
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting automation, electrical, and control system issues in industrial environments.
• Understanding of Robotics or automated material handling systems, and integration with control platforms (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree & Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or related engineering field.
• Experience in manufacturing, process plants, or energy/waste-to-energy projects; exposure to biomass or food processing is a plus.
• Ability to read and create engineering drawings, P&IDs;, wiring diagrams, and control schematics.
• Good communication skills, capability to work cross-functionally in office, and commitment to safety and quality standards
