Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account and Taxation role based in the Pune Division. The role involves handling day-to-day accounting activities, including bookkeeping, ledger management, reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements. Responsibilities also include assisting with tax computations, filing of returns, maintaining statutory records, and supporting compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The professional in this role will manage client accounts, respond to client queries, coordinate with internal teams, and support advisory assignments as required. The position requires accurate documentation, timely reporting,



and proactive communication to ensure smooth client service and operational efficiency. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify variances, and support tax and advisory decisions.
• Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to interact clearly with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
• Candidates should possess Finance-related skills, including understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and basic taxation concepts.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service and Account Management skills to maintain client relationships, address queries, and ensure service satisfaction.
• Candidates should ideally have proficiency in accounting and tax software, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple assignments.
• A bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred; professional certifications (e.g., CA/CPA or equivalent, in progress or completed) are an added advantage.
• Prior experience in accounting, taxation, or consulting firms, and familiarity with local and national tax regulations, will be beneficial.
