Role Description The Sr. Manager–Store is a full-time, in office role based in Raipur, responsible for overseeing end-to-end store operations and inventory management. This position manages stock receipts, storage, and dispatches; ensures accurate documentation; and maintains optimal inventory levels to support production and sales requirements. The role includes monitoring material movements, implementing controls to prevent losses, and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards. The Sr. Manager–Store will lead and develop the store team,



coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics, and maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders on stock status and availability. The position also involves continuous improvement of store processes, system usage (e.g., ERP), and reporting to support efficient and transparent operations. Qualifications
• Strong store and inventory management skills, including experience in Store Management and control of materials and stock.
• Customer-focused mindset with skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, ensuring internal stakeholders’ needs are met efficiently.
• Excellent Communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams and preparing clear reports and documentation.
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention or equivalent loss-control practices, with the ability to implement safeguards against shrinkage and discrepancies.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree or diploma in supply chain, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments, preferably in food, oils, fats, or similar sectors.
• Proficiency in inventory and SAP systems, strong analytical abilities, and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team supervision, workload planning, and performance monitoring.
