Key Responsibilities
• Configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud modules.
• Gather business requirements and provide functional solutions.
• Work on modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, and Talent Management.
• Handle functional setups, testing, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.




• Coordinate with business users and technical teams.
• Prepare functional documentation and support UAT activities. Required Skills
• 7+ years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Strong knowledge of HCM business processes and configurations.
• Experience in implementation, support, or enhancement projects.
• Valuable communication and client-handling skills. Important Requirements
• Candidate must be based in Delhi NCR only.
• Must be comfortable working at the client location in Gurgaon.
• Employment will be on Skylar Technology payroll.
