• Manage pipeline and drive monthly revenue targets
• Ensure explicit, seamless project handover to execution teams What We’re Looking For
• 2+ year experience in residential interiors (modular + space planning)
• Bachelor’s in Interior Design/B.
Arch
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar tools
• Experience in client-facing or design-and-build setups
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• High ownership mindset with comfort in target-driven environments.
