• Define the overall UX vision and experience architecture for enterprise and customer-facing applications.
• Establish UX frameworks, design principles, and standards across products.
• Create information architecture, navigation models, workflows, and user journeys.
• Drive experience consistency through reusable design patterns and design systems.
• Align UX strategy with business goals, customer expectations, and technology constraints. User Research & Analysis
• Lead user research activities, usability studies, and stakeholder workshops.
• Analyze user behavior, customer feedback, and analytics data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop personas, empathy maps, customer journey maps, and experience blueprints.
• Transform research findings into actionable design recommendations. Interaction Design
• Design complex interaction models and user flows.
• Create wireframes, prototypes,



and detailed experience specifications.
• Ensure accessibility, usability, and inclusive design standards are incorporated throughout the product lifecycle.
• Validate designs through usability testing and iterative improvements. Collaboration & Leadership
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Business Teams, and UX Designers.
• Mentor UX/UI designers and provide guidance on design best practices.
