1–2 Years Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Executive – Accounts Payable to join our Finance & Accounts team. The role involves managing day-to-day accounts payable operations, processing vendor payments, verifying invoices, handling purchase orders, and ensuring accurate vendor reconciliations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent numerical skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Roles & Responsibilities
• Purchase Order Management: Manage the PO process and ensure proper documentation and approvals.
• Payment Processing: Process vendor payments accurately and within stipulated timelines.
• Vendor Registration & Onboarding: Handle vendor registration, documentation, and onboarding.
• Vendor Reconciliation: Reconcile vendor accounts, identify discrepancies, and resolve payment-related issues.
• Invoice Management:



Verify invoices against purchase orders and supporting documents before processing payments.
• Payables Management: Track outstanding payments, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely settlement of vendor dues.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain financial records and support day-to-day accounting activities. Skills & Qualifications

Com with a strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounts payable or finance operations.
• Good knowledge of accounting processes and financial documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and numerical analysis.
• Working knowledge of Tally software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reconciliation skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
