· Clinical sample collection and Microbial isolation, identification, Microbiome, Gut microbiota
· Molecular biology and Gene expression studies
· Bioinformatics studies Required Key Skills
· Gut Microbial isolation, identification and LC/MS
· Microbial metabolite isolation and purification, DNA extraction, RNA isolation, and qPCR techniques.
· Bioinformatics tools related to microbial metabolites and AI/ML knowledge preferred.
· Experimental data analysis and documentation.
