Role Description The Sales Specialist role at Emori is a full-time, in office position based in Gurugram. In this role, the Sales Specialist will engage directly with customers, understand their preferences, and recommend suitable gold and lab diamond jewelry pieces. Daily responsibilities include managing in-store inquiries, explaining product features and certifications, handling sales transactions, and supporting post-purchase service. The Sales Specialist will maintain product displays, ensure accurate inventory updates,



and collaborate with the wider team to meet sales targets and enhance the overall customer experience. The role may also involve assisting with training new team members on product knowledge and customer interaction standards. Qualifications
• Robust Communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with a diverse customer base.
• Customer Service abilities focused on delivering a positive in-store experience and supporting after-sales queries.
• Sales and Sales Management experience, including meeting targets, managing conversions, and maintaining accurate sales records.
• Training skills to help onboard and guide new team members on product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Knowledge of jewelry or luxury retail is highly beneficial, especially familiarity with gold and lab-grown diamonds.
• Comfort working in an on-site retail environment in Gurugram, including weekends and peak shopping hours as needed.
• Basic proficiency with POS systems and inventory tracking tools.
• Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
