Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Functional ORC & OTL Consultant with 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM and Oracle Time and Labor (OTL).

Key Responsibilities
• Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
• Handle Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) configuration, timecards, time rules, and approval workflows.
• Work on HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, and other relevant modules.
• Gather business requirements and provide functional solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform testing, and support production environments.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders for requirement gathering and issue resolution. Required

Skills:
• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Time and Labor (OTL).
• Knowledge of Oracle HCM configuration, workflows, and business processes.
• Experience in implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.
