The candidate should have experience in plastic product design, manufacturing processes and automotive lighting components.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop complex surfaces and 3D models using CATIA V5, with a strong focus on GSD and surface modelling.
• Design plastic components for automotive lighting applications.
• Apply knowledge of plastic product design, tooling and manufacturing feasibility.
• Ensure designs comply with engineering standards and design rules.
• Prepare and interpret technical reports, engineering documents and presentations.
• Identify design issues and provide effective technical solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering, manufacturing and design teams.
• Support design reviews and ensure timely completion of deliverables. Mandatory Skills
